Overview
At JLB Sourcing, we are committed to providing high-quality medical supplies and ensuring accuracy in every order. Due to the nature of our products and our supply model, all sales are generally considered final.
No General Returns
All products sold by JLB Sourcing are provided on a one-way basis. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Nonconforming Goods
Returns, replacements, or credits are only permitted in cases where products are deemed “nonconforming.” Nonconforming goods are defined as:
- Products that differ from what was ordered
- Products that are defective or damaged upon delivery
Inspection and Notification
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery. If you believe your order contains nonconforming goods, you must notify us within two (2) days of receipt.

Resolution Process
Upon review of your claim, JLB Sourcing will determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. This may include:
- Replacement of the nonconforming product
- Credit toward a future order
- Refund of the affected product
Customers may be required to return the nonconforming goods. If a return is required, instructions will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Except in cases of nonconforming goods as outlined above, all products are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Products ordered in error
- Excess inventory
- Opened or used products
Consistency with Terms & Conditions
This Refund & Returns Policy is intended to supplement our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
